Hannah Solar Government Services has been selected to design and construct a 490kW roof mounted solar PV (photovoltaic) system for Z-Man Fishing Products, Inc. in Ladson, South Carolina.
Z-Man Fishing Products is a South Carolina based fishing lure brand that supplies products to fishermen around the world. Z-Man is one of the fastest-growing lure brands in the United States, sold nationwide in stores such as Bass Pro Shops, Walmart, and Dick’s Sporting Goods. Their facility in Ladson, SC is responsible for all of Z Man’s manufacturing.
The solar PV energy system being constructed is estimated to generate 654,006 kilowatt hours (kWh) of energy in the first year for Z Man’s facility. This will allow Z Man to produce around 71% of their facility’s electricity using their solar energy system.
